Section 1601-Y. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Authority." The Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority established under section 4(a) of the act of July 22, 1974 (P.L.598, No.206), known as the Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority Act.
