Section 1603-U. Home improvement contractor registration fee.
Notwithstanding section 5(a) of the act of October 17, 2008 (P.L.1645, No.132), known as the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, the fee for an application for a certificate for a home improvement contractor or renewal of that certificate under section 5(a) of the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act shall be $100. This section shall not apply on or after December 31, 2027.
