Section 1605-X.2. Applicability.
The following apply:
(1) Exemptions, deductions, abatements or credits under Chapter 7 of the KOZ Act shall not apply to this article.
(2) The department may not require that the political subdivision in which the approved residential revitalization zone is located approves an application submitted under section 1604-X.2.
(3) Section 902 of the KOZ Act shall apply to approved residential revitalization zones
