Section 1703-I. State Lottery Fund.
The following apply:
(1) Money appropriated for PENNCARE may not be utilized for administrative costs by the Department of Aging.
(2) Money appropriated to the Department of Aging shall include sufficient money for the establishment of the Alzheimer's, Dementia and Related Disorders Office.
