Section 1733-F.3. Department of Transportation.
The following apply for appropriations for the Department of Transportation:
(1) From money appropriated for transportation and multimodal improvement projects:
(i) $80,500,000 shall be transferred to the Public Transportation Trust Fund and allocated by the Secretary of Transportation for use as follows:
(A) 86.76% of the transferred amount shall be added to monies available in the fund under 74 Pa.C.S. § 1513 (relating to operating program).
(B) 13.24% of the transferred amount shall be added to monies available in the fund under 74 Pa.C.S. § 1516 (relating to programs of Statewide significance).
(ii) Remaining money shall be used for local transportation and multimodal improvement projects.
