Section 1734-F.4. Fund transfers.
(a) Transfer to Environmental Stewardship Fund.--From money received under the authority of Article III of the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, the sum of $10,538,000 shall be transferred to the Environmental Stewardship Fund.
(b) Transfer to Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Fund.--From money received under the authority of Article III of the Tax Reform Code of 1971, the sum of $4,000,000 shall be transferred to the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Fund.
(c) Transfer to General Fund.--From money deposited into the Medical Marijuana Program Fund, $31,900,000 shall be transferred to the General Fund.
