Section 1742-A.2. Deposits.
(a) Deposits.--From the contributions paid under section 301.4 of the Unemployment Compensation Law, the following amounts shall be deposited into the fund:
(1) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, the amount to be deposited into the fund under this subsection shall be $65,000,000.
(2) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, the amount to be deposited into the fund under this subsection shall be $68,000,000.
(3) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, the amount to be deposited into the fund under this subsection shall be $104,354,000. ((3) added Nov. 12, 2025, P.L.156, No.45)
(4) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, the amount to be deposited into the fund under this subsection shall be $115,600,000. (4) added July 12, 2026, P.L.265, No.21)

(b) Contributions.--The department may deposit contributions authorized in subsection (a) before depositing contributions into the Unemployment Compensation Fund in accordance with section 301.4(e)(3) of the Unemployment Compensation Law.
