Section 1751-A.2. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this subarticle shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Fund." The Property Tax Relief Fund established under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1409(a) (relating to Property Tax Relief Fund).
"Taxpayer Relief Act." The act of June 27, 2006 (1st Sp.Sess., P.L.1873, No.1), known as the Taxpayer Relief Act.
