Section 1903-C. State Lottery Fund.
The following apply:
(1) Money appropriated for PENNCARE may not be utilized for administrative costs by the Department of Aging.
(2) Money appropriated to the Department of Aging includes sufficient money for the operation of the Alzheimer's, Dementia and Related Disorders Office.
