Section 202-H. Rural Health Transformation Program.
The Rural Health Transformation Program is established within the department to distribute funding and implement a rural health transformation plan for health-related activities under 42 U.S.C. § 1397ee(h) (relating to payments to states) in accordance with the department's federally approved application. The department shall administer the program to the extent Federal funds are appropriated to, and received by, the department.
