Section 23. POW/MIA/KIA Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--The Uniontown to Brownsville link of Pennsylvania Turnpike Route 43, beginning with the intersection of State Route 119 in Uniontown, Fayette County, and ending at the intersection with State Route 40 in Brownsville, Fayette County, is hereby designated as the POW/MIA/KIA Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway designated under subsection (a).
