Section 1

Section 1. The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized and directed on behalf of this Commonwealth to grant and convey to Washington County or their assigns certain land and buildings known as Western Center described in section 2 under the terms and conditions and for the consideration established in the agreement of sale with the department dated October 16, 2002.
