Section 10. Court to fix time for hearing
It shall be the duty of the court to which any such petition may be presented to fix a time for the hearing of the same, either by a general rule, or by an order to be made in the particular cause, if the circumstances of the case shall require it. 1836, June 16, P.L. 729, Sec. 10.
