Section 22. Actions by debtor not to abate
No action or other legal proceedings, instituted by such debtor, and pending at the time of the appointment of a trustee or trustees, as aforesaid, shall abate thereby, but the same shall be continued by, and enure to the benefit of such trustee or trustees. 1836, June 16, P.L. 729, Sec. 22.
