Section 5. Contents of order
The order of the judge or prothonotary, as aforesaid, shall direct the officer or other person having such debtor in custody or confinement, forthwith to discharge such debtor, on his paying the jail fees, if any be due. 1836, June 16, P.L. 729, Sec. 5.
