Section 5. Powers and duties of Environmental Quality Board.
The Environmental Quality Board shall promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to effectively carry out the purposes of this act, including rules and regulations relating to acquisition, development and use of recreational trails.
Compiler's Note: Section 313(g) of Act 18 of 1995, which created the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and renamed the Department of Environmental Resouces as the Department of Environmental Protection, provided that the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall exercise the powers and duties previously vested in the Environmental Quality Board by section 5.
