Section 11. Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission authorization.
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is authorized, subject to executive approval and authorization, to construct the facility itemized in section 9 by contract awarded by the Department of General Services or to acquire the facility by means of a lease with an option to purchase. If the commission elects the lease/purchase option, it will advertise for proposals and will award the contract based on the best interests of this Commonwealth to a responsive and responsible proposer.
