Section 1503. The commencement of proceedings under sections 1501 or 1502 of this article shall not, unless specifically ordered by the court, operate as a stay of the board's order.
Compiler's Note: Act 2 of Act 53 of 1978 provided that section 1503 is repealed insofar as it relates to practice and procedure in the Supreme Court, Superior Court or the Common Pleas Court, or to practice or procedure in a lower court or government unit where an appeal has been or is being taken to, or review has been or is being sought in, one of such appellate courts.
