Section 3. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That in all cases of warrants issuing hereafter, where the return of survey shall have been previously made on proprietary locations, and whereon a warrant commonly called a warrant of acceptance shall issue, the price of said warrant shall be two dollars.
