Section 1. Be it enacted, &c., That in addition to the number of Reports of the Superintendent of Public Instruction now provided for, there shall be annually printed five thousand additional copies; also, there shall be printed biennially fifteen thousand copies of School Laws and Decisions, in addition to the number already authorized by law to be printed.
