Section 5. Powers and duties.
(a) General rule.--The commission shall make determinations regarding celebratory events, materials, information and other matters that occur in conjunction with the centennial anniversary of the Pennsylvania State Capitol and concomitant celebration.
(b) Events.--Only those events designated by the commission as part of the Capitol Centennial Celebration shall be officially sanctioned events.
(c) Authorization.--The terms "Capitol Centennial" and "Capitol Centennial Celebration" shall be authorized by the commission for use in officially sanctioned events.
