Section 2. Total authorization.
The total authorization for the capital projects in the category of public improvement projects itemized in section 3 to be acquired or developed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and to be financed by the incurring of debt or from current revenues of the Fish Fund and the Boat Fund pursuant to executive authorization shall be $54,460,000.
