Section 25. Restriction on certain funds.
(a) Restriction for DGS-948-35.--The new and additional funds provided for DGS-948-35, the fire safety code improvements to the Capitol Complex specifically relating to the Capitol Building, itemized in section 4(6)(ii)(E), shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of both the Chief Clerk of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives. The new and additional funds provided for DGS-948-35, the fire safety code improvements relating to the North Office Building, itemized in section 4(6)(ii)(E), shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of the Chief Clerk of the Senate. The new and additional funds provided for DGS-948-35, the fire safety code improvements relating to the South Office Building, itemized in section 4(6)(ii)(E), shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives.
(b) Restriction on certain funds.--The new and additional funds provided in sections 4(6)(i)(B), 5(3)(i)(A), 14(a)(2)(i)(A) and (b)(1)(i)(A) for the Commonwealth mail processing and legislative services facility shall only be disbursed upon the written approval of the Chief Clerk of the Senate.
