Section 27. Repeals.
The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
Section 3(2)(iii)(E)(ii) of the act of July 8, 1994 (P.L.444, No.74), known as the Capital Budget Project Itemization Act for 1994-1995.
Section 3(13)(i)(B), (v)(A), (xi)(F), (xii)(J), (xiii)(A) and (14)(iv)(B), 4(8)(x)(A) and 7(1)(xvii)(A) of the act of October 10, 1997 (P.L.392, No.47), known as the Capital Budget Project Itemization Act for 1996-1997.
Sections 3(7)(xx)(C) and (12)(ii)(B) and 6(9)(vi)(A), (18)(i)(A) and (23)(iii)(A) of the act of June 25, 1999 (P.L.237, No.35), known as the Capital Budget Project Itemization Act for 1999-2000.
