Act 228 of 1970, § 1

Section 1. The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with the City of Easton and the Pennsylvania Canal Society to assist in management, planning, and development of the Forks of the Delaware Canal Museum located in the City of Easton.
