Section 2. The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission is hereby authorized to employ necessary personnel and to contract for essential services related to the management, planning and development of said Forks of the Delaware Canal Museum in accord with terms of said agreements with the City of Easton and the Pennsylvania Canal Society.
