Section 2. Records of patents to be received in evidence
In all cases where patents for donation lands have been or may hereafter be recorded in the several counties wherein such lands lie, the record of said patents shall be received in evidence in the several courts of this Commonwealth. 1833, Feb. 16, P.L. 46, Sec. 2.
