Section 2803. Cost; Status.--The cost of such bridge shall be paid in such proportions as shall be agreed upon by the two counties or by the county and municipality so joining. Such bridge when built shall be an intercounty bridge and be subject to all provisions of existing laws relating to intercounty bridges.
