Effective Date

Section 404. Effective Date.--The assessment provided for herein shall be collectible on all policies of basic property insurance, or any component thereof, including homeowners and commercial multiple peril policies, written on and after the thirtieth day following issuance by the authority of its bonds pursuant to section 306 of this act.
