Act 233 of 2002, § 1, under AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION EASEMENT PURCHASE FUND - DEPOSIT.

Section 1. Notwithstanding 27 Pa.C.S. § 6302(2) (relating to deposit of disposal fee), for the fiscal year 2004-2005, $16,500,000 of the fees collected under 27 Pa.C.S. § 6301 (relating to disposal fee for municipal waste landfills) shall be deposited into the Agricultural Conservation Easement Purchase Fund pursuant to the provisions of the act of June 30, 1981 (P.L.128, No.43), known as the Agricultural Area Security Law.
