Section 3. Filing of maps; expenses
That the map or plan directed to be prepared by the second section of this act shall be placed on file in the office of the wardens for the Port of Philadelphia, and the necessary expense incurred in preparing said map or plan shall be paid by the commissioners of Delaware County. 1864, March 31, P.L. 304, Sec. 3.
