Section 7. Notice to be given of sales
Before any sale of lands shall hereafter be made by any county treasurer in pursuance of the forty-first section of an act, entitled :An Act to reduce the State debt, and to incorporate the Pennsylvania Railroad Company," passed the twenty-ninth day of April, 1844, he shall give the same notice of sale as is now required by law for the sale of unseated lands. 1850, March 22, P.L. 305, Sec. 7.
