Payment of Salaries

Section 4. Payment of Salaries.--The Commonwealth shall pay the minimum salaries herein provided for county and assistant county superintendents for their terms which shall begin on the first Monday of July, one thousand nine hundred thirty-four, from appropriations for such purposes.
