Section 4

Section 4. That section nine of an act, approved the twelfth day of June, one thousand eight hundred seventy-nine, entitled "An act to carry out the provisions of section twelve, article three of the Constitution, relative to contracts for supplies for the Legislature and the various departments of the State Government," and all acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.
