Section 2802. Intent.
This article is intended to govern the intersection of peer-to-peer car services and the State-regulated business of insurance. Nothing in this article shall be construed to extend beyond insurance or have implications for other law of this State, including motor vehicle regulation, airport regulation or taxation.
