Section 3. Custodial moneys not to become part of other funds
Unless otherwise directed by the donor or depositor, moneys received by the State Treasurer as custodian under this act shall not become a part of the General Fund or of other funds of the Commonwealth, and no appropriation shall be necessary to permit their disbursement. 1933, Sp.
