Section 3. Plan and erection of buildings
Said commission shall immediately after the location of said home, secure by purchase or gift a sufficient amount of real estate for the purposes of said home, and shall thereupon receive a suitable plan for the erection and construction of the necessary buildings, and shall advertise for proposals for the erection and construction of said buildings. 1891, June 20, P.L. 371, Sec. 3.
