Section 20. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That no member of the board of health shall be permitted to go within the limits of the Lazaretto, during the continuance of the quarantine, and any one of them offending against this provision, shall pay a fine of one hundred dollars, to be recovered by action, in any court having competent jurisdiction, by the guardians of the poor for the city of Philadelphia, the district of Southwark, and the township of the Northern Liberties,.
