Section 34

Section 34. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the said board of health shall, on the first Monday in January in every year, exhibit their accounts to the auditors of the county of Philadelphia, and it shall be the duty of the said auditors to settle and adjust the account of all monies received and expended by the said board of health, and the said auditors shall have like power and authority in settling such accounts, as they have in other cases; and on filing a copy of such settlement in the prothonotarys office, it shall be under the same laws, rules and regulations, and shall have the same operation and effect upon every of the members of the said board of health, and in all other respects as the report of auditors against the county treasurers.
