Section 6. The act of May 20, 1931 (P.L.136), entitled "An act Authorizing the Department of Agriculture to establish facilities for and to conduct official egg-laying contests; providing facilities for the same on land now under the control of the Board of Trustees of Harrisburg State Hospital; and making an appropriation," is hereby repealed.
