Section 3. The act, approved the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred fifteen (Pamphlet Laws 706), entitled "An act requiring the county commissioners to provide, at the expense of the county, a telephone, typewriter, and stenographer for the use of the county superintendent of schools," and its amendment, is hereby repealed absolutely.
