Section 1503. Effective date.
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the following provisions shall take effect upon publication of the notice under section 501(3):
(i) Chapter 3.
(ii) Section 501(4).
(iii) Section 1501(a).
(2) If a notice is published under section 501(2), the following provisions shall take effect November 6, 2002:
(i) Chapter 3.
(ii) Section 501(4).
(iii) Section 1501(a).
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect immediately.
