Section 1114. Lightning Protection.--If the surface transmission lines of low or medium voltage from the generating station are overhead, there shall be lightning arrestors installed in connection therewith at the generating, or transformer station. If the distance from the generating, or transformer station, to the point where the line enters the mine is more than five hundred feet, an additional arrestor shall be installed at this point.
