Temporary Mine Inspectors and Electrical Inspectors

Section 115. Temporary Mine Inspectors and Electrical Inspectors.--In case a mine inspector or electrical inspector becomes incapacitated to perform the duties of his office, or is granted a leave of absence by the secretary, it shall be the duty of the Governor, at the request of the secretary, to appoint temporarily to the office a person holding a valid certificate of qualification. The temporary inspector shall act until the regular inspector is able to resume the duties of his office.
