Section 1307. Conviction or Acquittal Under Act Not Received in Evidence in Any Action for Damages.--No conviction or acquittal under this act, in any complaint, shall be received in evidence upon the trial of any action for damages arising from the negligence of any owner, operator or superintendent or employe in any mine or colliery.
