Commonwealth Liable for Expense

Section 308. Commonwealth Liable for Expense--Map Not Inaccurate.--If it shall be found that the map or plan furnished by the operator or superintendent was not materially inaccurate or imperfect, the Commonwealth shall be held liable for the expense incurred in making said test survey.
