Buildings Constructed of Incombustible Material

Section 413. Buildings Constructed of Incombustible Material.--All buildings inside of any anthracite coal mine in Pennsylvania, including engine houses, pump houses, et cetera, shall be constructed of incombustible material. It shall be unlawful to provide a stable inside of any anthracite coal mine.
