Section 511. Air Passages Sufficient in Area to Allow Passage of Not Less than Two Hundred Cubic Feet of Air Per Minute Per Person.--All air passages shall be of sufficient area to allow the free passage of not less than two hundred cubic feet of air per minute for every person working therein.
