Section 519. Line Brattice Used from Crosscut to Face.--Substantially constructed line brattice shall be used from the last open heading of a breast, chamber, or other working place, to provide adequate ventilation for the workmen and to remove gases and explosive fumes. When damaged by falls or otherwise, they shall be repaired promptly.
