Section 629. Explosives Misfired--Hole to Be Removed by Drilling Hole Two Feet Distant.--Explosives in misfired blast holes shall be removed by drilling a separate blast hole at least two feet distant from and parallel to the hole containing the misfired charge and then charging and detonating the explosives in this new hole.
